While credit may be tight, it got a little cheaper today. Those with available resources are scouring the downtown area for bargains, and finding them. The thinking is in troubled times to put your money where you can see it. Most buildings don't evaporate!
And I know the downtown Vancouver condo market so you will avoid looking at suites ...
