Federal Budget, lots of arrows- did any hit the target?
The Conservatives tabled the federal budget today with lots of goodies designed to target just about everyone. Lots of goodies so that everyone can feel that they got "something". What did you get? Did you get a feeling of confidence? Will you buy a condo, or feel better about putting a for sale sign on your lawn? Do you feel safer in your job? Will you be a good consumer and spend?
With regard to real estate there are some measures that our industry has lobbied for. Other important items have been ignored. And there are still thousands that don't qualify for EI benefits that need it more than Realtors do. (No- we didn't lobby for inclusion!)
