During the month of September several of my clients achieved firm contracts. Both buying and selling. And other clients had their deals complete and moved as a result of sales earlier in the summer.
Bragging? No, just pointing out that there are people getting on with their lives. And most often, when someone sells they also buy. This summer was very slow and the market takes time for this "moving" to become a ripple effect. It takes time for the good stories to affect the water cooler chatter. Granted, prices are down. But life goes on.
If you are considering a "move-up", a down market is a great opportunity.
