Florida Condos vs.Vancouver Condos
I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Florida. Prices in South Beach Miami make our condos look like bargains! Then again, condo prices in other areas of the state of Florida seem like bargains compared to our market here in Vancouver.
Seriously folks, the Florida Real Estate Market has been having a hard time lately. There are imcomplete construction sites throughout the state, and they have resorted to giving away cars and college educations to attract Buyers. Many things have influenced this region, and as always the best Realtor will advise their clients on the foundations of their investment.
